Subject: CaseIH 7210 Shifting problems

Have a 7210 CaseIH wich does not shift up crisp and quick especially under a load as it should, it holds back before it increases speed when you upshift. The local dealership has tried to help me out by recharging the accumulators several times in the last couple of years, the accumulators are not losing their charge they are over 120psi and the recharge does not do anything to improve the shifting.
Tractor is in good shape 5000 hrs mostly lite work cultivating rowcrop, never no problems so far, change hydraulic filters every year (ca 500hrs), never changed the hydraulic oil still looks like new.
Where do I start what could be the problem ? Have a 7230 also for heavier work which has 5000hrs as well and it works fine.
Thanks in advance for your replies. John
