Subject: Which Tractor for 1000 bu. Grain Cart

I finally received my J&M 1000 grain cart and am trying to decide which tractor to use it on. I have an older Magnum (7120MFD, 42in rear duals, full front weights) that worked great with a 750 bu cart. I know the J&M cart is very well balanced with not excessive tongue weight (unlike the Brent or Kinze) of 4,200 lbs loaded. I farm primarily flat ground and would not fill it completely full on any hills that I might have with this tractor. My other choice (which I know would work much better) is a Magnum 275. I would prefer to put the hours on the much older tractor, but is it just too much cart for that tractor (7120MFD)? Thank you for your replies!
