The main contact listed at ODOT recently retired. I called on his last day, and was told that while CORS is currently free, they will most likely be charging after Jan. 1., to recoup the cost of maintaining all the CORS locations. At that time, it was unclear when or how much it might cost. Hopefully someone else knows more.
