Subject: RE: Cors accuracy in Ohio

SW Ohio
Hey Jim,

I am also interested in the CORS Ohio. I have e-mailed the supposed contact at Ohio DOT but have not yet received an answer. The bits and pieces that I get are:

1. The signal is right.

2. Ohio may be open to agriculture support.

3. You will still need RTK equipment in your tractor. MOJO ?? about $12000 total. I am fuzzy on this one. EZ 500 can be upgraded to RTK but receiving connection needed.

I am about 5 miles from the one near West Alex and Eaton. I've seen the building and (I think) the anntenna on top. I guess it may take a phone call to get things going.

Good Luck,
Dave
