roaming | the port on the Pro600 is standard. If the receiver outputs null, then you need a null adapter to go directly to the display. If the receiver outputs standard, then you just need a standard serial cable.
Also, that port on the Pro600 does not ground pin 5, which should be the data ground. For many receivers, this doesn't matter, but there are some that rely on having the data ground. If yours relies on pin 5 having a good ground, then you'll either have to ground it yourself, or get an adapter from CNH that will ground it. I'd try just hooking it up first and see what happens. If it all works, then no worries.
Remember the 9-pin port is called RS232B in the Pro600 GPS setup. | |
