West Central MN | I don't know where you are getting your prices but the GS2 1800 is $1700, the Starfire 300 is $1000. You have to have a Starfire SF1 for swath control which you have the 300 won't work, so in all reality all you would need to have is the GS2 1800, Rate controller, Harnesses, and Swath Pro Activation. That will cost you about $6000 give or take a couple hundred bucks. So it will still be a little higher than the EZ Steer but you will be more comfortable using it and if your tractor is wired for it I assume you will continue to buy JD, so its kind of a no brainer. | |
