The lowest setting the EZ-Guide 500 will allow you to use on the wheel base is 40". Anytime you adjust the wheelbase down the angle per turn will also have to be decreased because these two measurements reference each other. I have found that if a 4wd has issues will disengaging online then I lower both the wheel base and angle per turn and this seems to help greatly help the issue, this also works on terra gators that have hard steering. For the turning in your situation I would do a hard reset to make sure the to change the EZ-Guide 500 from 1htz to 5 htz other than that you may try a more aggressive on line approach. The 1 to 5 htz issue was a problem on some of these from the factory.
