N IL | Thanks for the he;p guys. I should explain what we are doing first I guess. We just bought a 40 foot 1990 CCS with no markers and we will be pulling it with a John Deere 8970.
I have a program that I can do mapping with my laptop but that would be another thing in the cab. So I guess the s3 would not be a bad deal at all. I'd say autosteer would be second if we decided that following the lights was not for us. Now I have always wondered about ez-steer, does it work worth a darn in 4wd's? I looks to me like it would work great is MFWD tractors.
I figure the best time to demo this stuff is in the fall so that we have something picked out before spring comes. I do know that the Case IH dealer is good on service but I'm not sure about the outback dealer. I guess it depends on who has the better product and service I guess.
Are there any other systems that we should be considering?
Thanks again. | |
