Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | From my experience with an Insight (same display), I prefer to mount mine high on the right corner post with a Ram mount.
I like to mount the display up high with a Ram mount so that the display can be angled back rather than toward you. This helps prevent "glare" from the Sun which seems to be a nuisance if the display is mounted lower. I used to have mine mounted at a mid height position but the glare bothered me.
My location does block the right rearview mirror so I installed another mirror in the same location on the left side of the cab.
Ron has some nice Pics of how he did his 8120 which is probably stronger than the way I did mine.
