Mo | First thing I would do is replace expansion valve with a new one. Even if it is clean it doesnt mean it is working properly. I have gotten defective ones from the parts store before. Put your vacuum pump on and try pulling vac from just one side at a time. Try the low side and see if it pulls high side down and then do the opposite. If it doesnt eventually pull both sides down some, then you definatly have blockage somewhere. | |
