| I have a Gordon air jet chaffer on my 1666. In wheat I'm not real pleased with it. In beans its fine and in corn is where it really works the best. The problem in wheat is that the threshing system only gets one chance to thresh the wheat, no carrying it over to the return torethresh. This is where it can really struggle in hard to thresh wheat. Now Gordon tells me that I maybe didn't buy the correct screens for wheat and that might be a problem. Anyway I'm about 1/2 done and the sample still isn't the greatest. | |
