Fargo, ND | I finally tested the Minnesota CORS in North Dakota. I drove from Fargo west to the Kindred exit, south to Kindred, east to I-29, south to Highway 13, east to Wahpeton and back to Moorhead and to Fargo.
Cell phone coverage was good.
VDOP on my pocket PC was in the 1.4 to 1.5 range all the time and the elevation was stable when I stopped to check it. I stopped in Kindred (the farthest point from Minnesota), watched the elevation and it varied .07' in a 5 minute period. In Wahpeton I stopped and restarted the Mojo unit three times using different data streams and on startup the elevation varied a about .05'. I will try going farther out in the near future. | |
