Do you have any Canada geese, pelicans, or other large living birds sharing the airspace near your airport or anywhere else you might fly?

Canada geese tend to orbit non-city bounded airports here @ about 2-300 AGL. They never-ever fly solo, always in group formations.

Re. the OP's question on registration, I don't believe it begins until 12/20/15. Is that correct?



Yes lots of migrating flocks of geese and ducks. I am sure they can be a real hazard.

If you recall that plane in NY that landed safely in the Hudson river was hit by geese.
The pilot Sully Sullenberger was a real hero by landing that plane, and saving many lives.
