Australia | Yes it is possible to hook a trimble radio to a mojoRTK console and receive corrections from a Trimble base. You can hook any radio that has a serial port to a mojoRTK.
In short, this would work as a configuration to get a non-deere "position" into a GS1 or GS2. It does not get "corrections" into the starfire receiver so please understand this difference. You would Ebay your starfire unit or use it somewhere else.
Deere has proprietary "corrections" and "position", Trimble has proprietary "positions". Everyone has something proprietary... especially if they are a market leader who understands that people don't like to change suppliers once they are comfortable. | |
