| Thanks your thoughts and is what I thought was the case but was hoping not.
Crazy really, as this lack of compatibility between systems is certainly not helping to move this area of technology forward. I can see why manufacturer’s want to keep their own systems none compatible, but short sited in the long term, and allowing other entrance into the market like Mojo.
But from what I have read on this forum Trimble Base Station seem to work well, and preferably I would like to stay with Trimble gear, but am annoyed with the fact due to Trimbles lack of foresight they are making it more difficult for me to be able to bring some other farmers in on a base station due to operating a JD system.
Gizmo, you say can install some equipment so as Trimble can control a JD system, what does it involve, rough cost, if this is the case and cost reasonable, I might have been a little harsh in my comments above.
