We are looking at ordering them now for next year and I've been researching the problems people have had with them. From the looks of things (here and here) there are some problems with them from time to time. I've heard more good than bad but I'm wondering if those of you who had hiccups have found solutions to your problems. I'd like to hear from people who have had good experiences just as much as I'd like to hear from people who have had bad experiences.
