Just wondering if anyone has ever put a mechinical pump on the 855 cummins and run a throttle linkage into the cab. I have 3 8970s and getting tired of troubleshooting and buying parts for the electronic system. A mechanic told me that all the guages and instruments and also the air conditioner won't work if I go to the mechanical pump. Can this be true?
