You could tow it by taking a steel pipe and sliding a chain thru it. Hook one end of chain to the truck and the other to the vehicle pulling the truck. Hook the chains as short as possible. When you slow down, you will be able to keep control of the truck, since the pipe will keep truck from getting close to the tow vehicle.
