I use Deere blades. I buy them when they are sale priced for about the same price as after market blades. I did have a set of Deere blades about eight years ago that were "soft" that were replaced by Deere. Remember to put them on with the bevel towards the boot. A neighbor put his on with the bevel away from the boot and had a lot of hairpinning problems.
