| Thanks for the compliment. The lifting should be limited to around 1500lbs. Yes I did size the bar according to the other machine with the factory 3pt. It appears to be mild steel as well. I cut the arms down on the factory rig to get the forks closer to the axle. It cut and drilled like mild, and the machine shop figured it was mild as well. ? I hope it works.
I dont have any secrets for keeping the warping down. I have to make some "adjustments" from time to time as well. All I try to do is put as many tack welds on first as I can, then I use the weld to pull some things straight. After that, I just get lucky sometimes, and others I have to do a little adjusting. Lots of clamps holding things to the table helps too.
