Baldwin City, KS | When I had trouble with a new Raven Acuflow system, they picked up where another outfit left off. I bought it from a place that could sell you things, but had no means or desire to provide tech help or service, as I found out after the fact.
I got in touch with Sprayer Specialties, and they took off with it as if I had been a customer for 50 years. Assuming they never change, they will have all of my applicable business for the forseeable future. I too wouldn't mind just seeing a simple up front price in the book, but given there service, I think I can live with their pricing method. | |
