Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Having a negative height would be the same as a positive (normal) height, except with the sensor reading backwards. It is just an offset left or right of the GPS antenna. I'm really not sure a negative height is something that would be useful.

The thing about implement side draft is that when you're on a consistent side hill, the implement will draft down hill the same amount every pass. So the rows won't be exactly following the tractor's wheel tracks, but the guess row between passes should be consistent. However, rolling ground is where it becomes more of an issue. In that case it would be nice to not use tilt comp so the tractor leads the implement up hill, except rolling ground usually has waterways, which is where tilt comp is nice.
