I have used a FieldDoc connect harness on a Raven 661 in a Rogator. Once the settings were right it was able to record the individual boom sections thru the Raven on the GS2. I am not familiar with how the Rinex system is wired in so I cant comment on what impact that will have on recording the individual sections.
