Leesburg, Ohio | CB: Tried that already...Stellar said software must be corrupted on the rate controller itself because version doesn't show up under Rate controller v1 line on info page. Nothing available in drop down software list to force a reprogram. Dealer helped me check website for updates (none available, so I guess we are current). Reloaded card from shop computer GS update files. No change...still nothing on list to reprogram controller. Am I missing something??? Thanks for trying!
