Do you use Apex at all? If you do, and you did a card save, that will be your issue with the offsets not populating. You will need to download the lastest Apex patch (use the Live Update in Apex) and ensure that Seeder is listed as one of your implement types when you do a card save with Apex.
Good luck and hopefully it won't take you three hours like it did myself to get this one figured out.
