The company will not respond to requests from third-party companies on integrating their hardware with desktop applications. Acknowledging my bias as one of those third-party companies, the farmer in me would still refuse to use hardware from a company that locks me into purchasing their desktop software in order to use their field hardware if I could find any other good alternative.
Anyone using Topcon X20?? Opinions on Topcon as a company.
