The relays you need are built into the ball valves, it should be no problem to do what you want to do starter. The problem is doing multiple swath control, you would need two rate controllers, and I dont think that can be done yet. I think it is coming down the pipeline, unfortunately you are going to have to wait for Deere to catch up with you.
