9650 STS-Need wider spread for Bean straw

I have installed the side chute discharges on this 9650 and also find that the left side plugs immediately while the right side stays open. I clean it out when I walk by but it quickly plugs again. I installed the side chute discharges when I bought this used on combine on another users advice. The orginal owner said they didn't see the need for them. So now I have sort of split the difference since I mostly run with one plugged anway.

I priced the agitator attachment (piece of a used tire that attaches to the sieve). Close as I can determine the agitator attachment costs $46 which I assume is for the pair. I haven't decided whether to go with them or not.

Concerning the spreading question, it appears that buying the 12 vane wide chaneover might be my best option. I am happy enough with the straw chopping but desire the 30' spread. Possibly some of my current vanes would be useable in the changover. The wider deck plate is the most costly part of the package.
