It is one pound per bushel here in SRWW or close to that.

Varies across the country and world depending on type, variety and soil.

Probably done somewhere but would flatten the crop here.

Phil Needham has a good understand on this situation. It gets complicated in a hurry and wheat was never treated that way in the states until recently.
