NW Washington | It is very tough to get any crop to grow in a decent stand of grass that is still growing. Radish, Mustard, Rape,Turnips are all cousins so I would expect similar results for all of them. You might be able to do a narrow strip till and seed into that so the brassica crop could get going before the grass grew back in or maybe spray out narrow strips with Roundup and seed into the killed strips. Grass would soon fill back into the killed strip.
