NESD | I misunderstood what you meant by not starting, I thought it was cranking but not firing so that changes the diagnostics, It could be the neutral start switch adjustment, have you tried moving the hydro handle while turning the key? if that doesn't work it could be the neutral start switch itself defective but unlikely, or the start circuit relay located on the right side of the engine towards the top of the engine under a square black cover about 2 inches square. | |
