Fitchburg,WI | We used a 1209 for a number of seasons. That's a pretty old machine thes days and probably has some issues. I recall the mount for the wobble box was too light material and reinforced, rebuilt, rewelded many times. Also, the rolls tend to peel off with age and numerous small stones passing through. We have a NH 415 diskbine now and tho only a little wider, with higher ground speed, we can finish cutting in half the time. We really like the hydraulic header tilt and hitch control. | |
