Our cotton specialist has told me in the past that both products are similar in providing N if the urea gets watered in. I'd say the advantage in the liquid is that it gets into the plant quicker. Unless you are irrigated you are betting on the right rain from Mother Nature. The last few years in AL that has been a slim chance huh!

Most of the cotton guys from AR use urea because of the mechanical isseus and the availability of the liquid. We are mostly irrigated though.
