West Texas | SSU 209 is a general code meaning communication has been lost between the steering controller and something else. We have 1 tractor, an 8420, that will throw that code 2-3 times a day when hitting the resume button. Dealer can't or won't figure out what's causing it. We just restart the tractor and it usually works again.
It has done this ever since we got the GS2 display and a new iTC bubble 2 years ago. It has all the latest and greatest updates.
Check with your dealer and see what they can do. If they are able to fix it let me know. I would like ours to be fixed too. | |
