I'll second the vote for Rigid. Just bought two of the lifetime warranty 14.4v versions and after using Craftsman, B&D, Jobmate, or whatever it's like using a totally different tool. Very heavy duty, impossibly fast recharge times, and just feels like a tool that'll take a lot of abuse. I had an old 7.2v B&D that I lost outside for a few weeks and it lived, but I wouldn't recommend it on that basis.
