Hay has it right. PPM is a chemistry term - parts per million. The comma's are correct. The minerals will be as "P" not as orthophosphate or something else. PPM is used for low concentration constituents. 1% is equal to 10,000 PPM. The nitrogen will be in percent. There may be one other thing to check. Was the analysis done on the basis of wet weight (i.e., as received) or dry weight (i.e., zero moisture).
