| In past years, we've seen payments from late March, until mid April. RMA must "certify" results, and that takes time if all county data is not complete (from NASS). I spoke with a RMA employee today about wheat indemnities, and he said it appears RMA will certify wheat next week. Once NASS yields are certified, the data is electronically sent on to crop insurance companies, and the payment process begins.
