| Short answer: Should be in April! Look for announcement on www.rma.usda.gov. This will be the official release. I am always cautious about using state numbers and making a calculation. Recall the Texas event? That is what happens with thin data. Once burnt then a little shy.
Long answer: RMA waits for the county yield estimates from released on national level by NASS headquarters. I seem to recall that would be released on March 26th. So RMA will adjust NASS numbers to planted acreage or whatever deviation for special county situations (harvested acreage in MI). Those will be posted on RMA website with payments calculated and that will release to companies. Companies will load that data and cut checks. The race to be the first company to make payment is always an interesting exercise. But since this is getting to be routine the time you have your check should be short.
