Replanting corn in drowned out sb probably depends where you are. I'd say in this  (NE IL) part of the world, it's generally too late to plant corn after beans have drowned & then waiting for the field to dry out so you can get to the drowned spots.

I think we all learned in the early days of "Reasons to NOT re-plant bin-run RRSB" that the seed companies would take care of our needs, no matter what! So much for that pie-in-the-sky.

I'd suggest encouraging the right to utilize bin-run RRSB. Make it LEGAL!!
