Mid Michigan | Go to Menards and get some of that elastomer white coat brush on coating. We have a small section of metal roof that was put on about 40 years ago over a section of the house. About every once in a while we would paint on some of that mobile home roof aluminum stuff or the last couple of times we have used the elastomer white stuff. Gallon will easily cover 10x12 with some to spare. Last year I had the leaks on another section of roof with very low pitch and the ceiling tile messed up over another section so I put the rubber membrane from menards. Now that really worked good. I noticed it also got rid of the snow quicker because it was black. | |
