Michigan | If you can get under the ceiling tile to where the metal attaches, you can caulk from underneath. It would have a better chance of adhering than doing it out in the rain. If it is a sloped roof look further up from where it is leaking.
Best if you can get on top when it quits find the screw or nail refasten and apply caulk.
If it is a flat roof??????
