Anybody use APSA 80 adjuvant?

Salesman came around selling it. Claimed it did everything but walk the dog. Conditioned water, was all you need in addition to the chemical. Better weed control. Made it sound really good. Did the water dispersion deal on a piece of cardboard. Wanted $825 for a 30 gallon drum. Just looks like cheap old surfactant to me.
