East Central SD | You've got that right John..... between dating and marriage I was with the same one for about 28 years until she decided to move on and take half the farm.
They say everything happens for a reason. About a year and a half ago I met a most wonderful gal that lost her husband to cancer. She doesn't know much about farming but wonderful just the same :-). For anyone who's going through what I'm going through - there are some great people out there that, possibly for no fault of their own, are single. In the past two years I held my mothers hand while she died of cancer, lost half of what I've worked for all my life, and last month said my farewells to my dad/harvest truck driver after his long battle with cancer.
I figure I've got no where to go but up. Kevin
