You will be better with a 4955 over some ugly orange one any day. 1985 woulda been a 4850, 1989 was the first year for the 4955. I ran an 1890CCS with my 4955, planted 150 acres of wheat last fall, tap into your big top hyd. block with a couple nipples, I don't know alot about it but the local dealer performed this one, power beyond I was told.  It will definatley run my vac. 6-row 7300.
