About that...

We've got a guy in Buffalo Center, IA that's really pressing hard on that issue.  He's got some contacts at Ag-Leader and we've been pressing our scale suppliers for information as well.  I think we've got it all penned out on paper, how the scales could work with the PWM to control product dispersion.  The hardware already exists, many of the spraying systems already work based off of some sort of feedback (usually volume change if I remember correctly) and it should only be a matter of programing a new relation, some sort of function, that takes the change in Mass in the bed, compares that to the ground speed (GPS), applies a pre entered spread constant (width of spread as calibrated earlier), and you should be able to set a desired tons / acre and let the PWM do the rest.  I'll try to keep people posted, it sounds like there's some interest here.
