| During an Indiana farmer meeting where I was a presenter, the Monsanto presenter before me revealed Monsanto's 2009 BYE plans. 2009 BYE is likely to be collar counties of current 4 state pilot plus Colorado for a total of 14 states.
As a pilot, RMA and Monsanto have the time and experience to identify and eliminate some of the very complicated issues of the Monsanto BYE pilot. The insurance companies that are responsible for adminstering the Monsanto BYE have been very active in letting RMA know of the implementation issues furing the pilot phase.
