South Central Kansas | Went to a cotton meeting today in SC Kansas and the fellow from PCCA who works out of Liberal said he thinks that 40-50% of the wheat in some areas of SW Kansas and the OK-TX Panhandle may be abandoned because of drought and blowing? He said there are pockets where the wheat is okay, but larger areas where it looks really tough.
Has the wheat out there gone backwards in the last week or two?
