Here's the senario: Machine gets old.....like they all do.....need parts to keep them going. Customer goes to the parts counter and gets screwed on the price of the parts(we can tell, such as the example above). Customer has such a bad taste in his mouth for both the dealership and the manufacture.........that they go to the other color store when it comes time to buy new. I think case/ih parts pricing policy is losing new equipment sales for them. Thats my story and I'm stickin to it, Have a good night, John |
