Subject: Speculation by our local research station.

Little River, TX
Before Global Warming became The Cause the locally located USDA Research Station did a CO2 and plant response green house test.
From this experiment they speculated that a percentage of the improved crop yields is a result of the Improved CO2 in the atmosphere.
=================================================
Recently I took a look at the long term weather history for this location. Until 1977 the average rainfall was 34" and change. The post 1977 rainfall has been 37" and change.

The 1914 to 1977 period included the drought of the 1930's and the drought of the 1950's.

There are two conclusions that can be considered.
1. With a drought every 30 years we are way past due for another drought.
2. The trend is for a higher rainfall in the future.

Pick the one you like.
