"We put out NH3 a week ago. The soil was moist and we went about 5-6" deep. We are located in Central Texas and have heavy clay blackland with a 7.9 ph. Since then we got a nice 1 inch rain. Will 1.5 to 2 weeks between planting be enough so we will not have any seed burn? "

You should have no problem since you had the rain and time interval you are talking about. If you did not always maintain 5-6" depth and planted directly over trench you could have some root burning if planeted directly in NH3 zone if you are no tilling.

Also when we were putting it out(11 shanks - 30 inch spacing) we had some gas coming out of the shank trench(maybe one or two trenches at a time). Also there was a smell of ammonia in the air. Around how much NH3 do you think we lost?

Very little loss.
